Last night, 1/10 i made a Greek hamburger from a weight watchers recipe. It was only 8 points and it was so good i had 2. I added some spicy mustard to one and some salsa in the other. Of course this was made with lean ground beef cutting the points down by half from regular burgers.
After dinner my friends wanted to go since it was the last night a friend would be in town. More FOOD!! The temptation was horrible just sitting next to my friends while they eat loaded fries and chicken fingers. I would say its a great idea to eat something healthy before going out with friends always. I really was not hungry, so it was just the mental battle of me wanting to be a fatty.
Today my mother joined weight watchers also. I went grocery shopping shopping with her to help her buy healthy food and explore different options.
I'm still a bit sore from riding yesterday so I'm taking the day off and hopefully will feel better tomorrow to ride
Also, tonight i have some family in town from out of the country so we are going out to eat ~_~. This morning i had a left over burger for breakfast. Lunch was light, banana, kiwi, orange and cantaloupe. I am all set for tonight with extra points for dinner so i wont have to worry about being tempted. I'm not going to binge, just eat healthy but add some extra points for unknown sauces and who knows what else :)
